New apartments with views of the river, in the center of Kaunas. Within walking distance of all tourist attractions.
The apartments are studios with mezzanines. They have one double bed on the first floor and two single beds in the mezzanine. There is also a bathroom and a kitchen.
The apartments are completely new and all installations were made with the mind of the guests who live in them, and their comfort. We have invested a lot of money, time and a lot of love in these rooms.
The building where the apartment is renovated in 2015. And was built in 1933. So you get not only new apartments but also a new building.
The apartment is very high ceilings so we built mezzanines, which provided comfort and modernity. The apartment was installed self-floor heating so you can be rest assured that there will be warm even the coldest Lithuanian winter, the temperature and adjust as needed.
WHAT OUR GUESTS GET
All you will see pictures of your private apartment.
You will have a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, TV, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
The apartment has extremely soft and comfortable double bed and also two very comfortable single beds in the mezzanine, where the great sleep two adults or for your children.
The apartment has full basic necessities: blankets, pillows, satin bed linen, towels, soap and shampoo.

We will be available throughout your stay and you can feel free to contact us if you have any questions, need help or just want to chat.
PLACE IN TOWN
By Kaunas bus and train station, Zalgiris Arena and the Akropolis shopping center just 5 minutes walk. It is only 15 minutes walk until the majority of the most visited sites in Kaunas :OldCity, Liberty Avenue, Sophia, Military Museum.
There is an opportunity to take groups of 12 people at the same height in identical apartments
